Part 1, Theory (200 credits)
Course Description: The Attentiveness course is designed to help secondary students develop the
skill of paying attention and remaining focused. Through this course, students will learn about
the basics of attentiveness, developing good habits, and practicing attentiveness in various
situations. The course will also cover the importance of developing self-discipline and
mindfulness.
Course Goals:
 Develop a deeper understanding of attentiveness and its importance in personal and
academic development
 Build good habits and efficient practices
 Practice attentiveness in real-life scenarios
 Understand the importance of developing self-discipline and mindfulness
Course Structure: The Attentiveness course is divided into modules that focus on specific aspects
of attentiveness, including the basics of attentiveness, developing good habits, practicing
attentiveness in various situations, and developing self-discipline and mindfulness. Each module
includes practical activities, discussions, and reflection exercises that will help students develop
their attentiveness.
Module 1: Introduction to Attentiveness
 Definition of attentiveness and why it is important
 Understanding the basics of attentiveness
 Developing good habits and efficient practices
Module 2: Practicing Attentiveness in Real-Life Scenarios
 Identifying personal areas for improvement
 Developing strategies to practice attentiveness in real-life scenarios
 Receiving feedback and support from peers and instructors
Module 3: Developing Self-Discipline and Mindfulness
 Understanding the basics of self-discipline and mindfulness
 Developing skills in managing distractions and remaining focused
 Practicing self-discipline and mindfulness through group activities and discussions
Evaluation and Assessment: The Attentiveness course will use a range of assessment methods,
including observation, self-assessment, and formative and summative assessments. Teachers and
instructors will evaluate students based on their participation in class activities, written
assignments, projects, and reflection exercises. The curriculum will also provide opportunities
for peer feedback and evaluation to foster a sense of collaboration and accountability. Students
will receive regular feedback on their progress and be encouraged to reflect on their learning and
personal growth.

Part 2, Self Evaluation + Peer Evaluation (800 credits)
for 8 times, 6 hours/time coaching on the first Saturdays of each month plus self + peer evaluation during the 8 months
