Part 1, Theory (200 credits)

Course Description: The Patience course is designed to help primary students understand the importance of patience and self-control in personal and social development. Through this course, students will learn about the importance of managing emotions, developing self-control, and practicing patience in various situations. The course will also cover the importance of developing problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Course Goals:
 Develop a deeper understanding of patience and self-control and their importance in
personal and social development
 Build problem-solving and critical thinking skills
 Understand the importance of managing emotions and developing self-control
 Practice patience and self-control in real-life scenarios
Course Structure: The Patience course is divided into modules that focus on specific aspects of patience and self-control, including managing emotions and developing self-control, problem- solving and critical thinking skills, and practicing patience and self-control in real-life scenarios.
Each module includes practical activities, discussions, and reflection exercises that will help students develop their patience and self-control.
Module 1: Introduction to Patience and Self-Control
 Definition of patience and self-control and why they are important
 Understanding the importance of managing emotions and developing self-control
 Developing problem-solving and critical thinking skills to overcome impatience
Module 2: Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking Skills
 Understanding the basics of problem-solving and critical thinking
 Developing skills in ideation and brainstorming
 Practicing problem-solving and critical thinking through group activities and discussions
Module 3: Practicing Patience and Self-Control in Real-Life Scenarios
 Identifying personal areas for improvement
 Developing strategies to practice patience and self-control in real-life scenarios
 Receiving feedback and support from peers and instructors
Evaluation and Assessment: The Patience course will use a range of assessment methods, including observation, self-assessment, and formative and summative assessments. Teachers and instructors will evaluate students based on their participation in class activities, written assignments, projects, and reflection exercises. The curriculum will also provide opportunities for peer feedback and evaluation to foster a sense of collaboration and accountability. Students will receive regular feedback on their progress and be encouraged to reflect on their learning and personal growth.

Part 2, Self Evaluation + Peer Evaluation (800 credits)
for 8 times, 6 hours/time coaching on the first Saturdays of each month plus self + peer evaluation during the 8 months
