Self Control 2: Teen Gaming Addiction
Course Description
This 6-hour/6-chapter course provides a practical, non-confrontational framework to help families address excessive video game use by restoring self-control in teenagers rather than enforcing external restriction. Rather than focusing on stopping games outright, it frames the challenge as a loss of self-regulation in the child and a loss of effective guidance in the parent. Participants will examine why common approaches such as prohibition, rigid schedules, punishment, and repeated lectures often escalate conflict, erode trust, and deepen avoidance behaviors.
Built around the Teenage Gamer Self-Control Self-Efficacy Quick Code, the course introduces a four-step, quick-impact system that empowers parents to transfer control back to their child through choice and commitment, establish healthy gaming rhythms, and develop awareness-based “stop” skills that turn self-control into an achievable skill rather than a moral requirement.
In addition, the course explores Hypnosis for Self-Control & Focus, offering techniques to help teens reinforce concentration, manage impulses, and reduce compulsive gaming behaviors. Participants also learn methods for Manifestation Freedom from Gaming Addiction, guiding children to consciously reshape habits, improve motivation, and build sustainable gaming boundaries. The program emphasizes rapid, measurable improvement, reduced confrontation, and the restoration of cooperation - all without turning games into the enemy.
By the end of the in-depth course, learners will have a better understanding of the subjected topic and gain better knowledge
